CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Here at Happy Haven we are committed to getting your packages to you as soon as possible. This means, however, that all orders are final once you have placed them. You will not be able to amend orders, combine orders or change delivery options.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- BPI bank deposit/online transfer.
- GCASH via QR code
*An email will be sent containing our details together with the order confirmation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?
- Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment.
- Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays & extreme weather
- Processing may take longer when there are government imposed lockdowns/restrictions.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
- METRO MANILA
- We use GOGO EXPRESS at flat rate of 150php (3-5 days ETA once shipped)
- Next day delivery: Lalamove/Grab/Borzo option is available for a Flat rate of 300php (cut-off 2pm daily). Please make sure to have someone available to receive the package.
- NATIONWIDE SHIPPING -
- We use GOGO EXPRESS at flat rate of 250php (Large pouch, big items will be calculated per order basis) - (5-7 days ETA once shipped)
- TRYBIKE
- Trybike orders will have dedicated shipping rates. Please select Trybike - Metro Manila or Trybike - Nationwide Shipping depending on your delivery location.
